  • What is the DOD SBIR/STTR Program?
  • The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and the Small Business Technology Transfer Program (STTR) programs are highly competitive government-funded contracts or grants that encourage domestic small businesses to engage in Federal Research/Research and Development (R/R&D) that has the potential for commercialization. The recipient projects must have the potential for commercialization and must meet specific U.S. Government R&D needs. These needs are advertised during three Announcements each year. You must be a small business that meets certain qualifications in order to be eligible for this program.
  • Is my company eligible?
  • The qualifications are slightly different between SBIR and STTR. To view all qualifications, please visit SBA’s SBIR/STTR Eligibility Guide.
  • What is an Announcement?
  • The term Announcement refers to the period of time that the Department of Defense releases topics to the public that convey their R&D needs. There are three Announcements per year, with the first one typically being the largest. Some or all of the Components may choose to participate.
  • Which NAICS codes apply to the DoD SBIR/STTR Broad Agency Announcements?
  • The NAICS codes applicable to SBIR/STTR Announcements are 541711 and 541712. The size standard for the aforementioned NAICS codes is usually 1000 employees, but 13 CFR §121.702 sets the size standard for SBIR/STTR Announcements at 500 employees, including affiliates. For more information, see 13 CFR § 121.701-702.
  • What is the Announcement schedule?
  • The Department of Defense issues three SBIR/STTR Announcements for proposals annually. Each Announcement has a pre-release, open, and close. During the pre-release period the government is not accepting proposals, but small businesses can view the topics and discuss technical questions directly with the topic authors (contact information available in each topic). Once the Announcement is open, direct questions with the topic authors are no longer allowed, but technical questions may be submitted anonymously through the SBIR/STTR Interactive Topic Information System (SITIS).

  • What are Components?
  • Components refer to the agencies within the Department of Defense. These include:

  • Sign up for our Listserv emails so you’ll always be aware of when the latest Announcements are opening. We also have Facebook and Twitter accounts that are updated constantly with news and information about the program. When the Announcement is in the pre-release or open phase, you can browse topics using keywords.
  • Can I submit a proposal for a topic that is not a part of the Announcement?
  • No. Only proposals for topics released within the current Announcement will be accepted.
  • How is the program structured?
  • The SBIR/STTR program is structured in three phases:

    • Phase I Project Feasibility - Determines the scientific, technical, and commercial merit of the ideas submitted.
    • Phase II Technology Development - Major research and development is funded to develop projects into technology to support the Warfighter.
    • Phase III Commercialization - Small businesses are expected to obtain non-SBIR government or private funding to transition Phase II technologies into a product or service for the government and commercial marketplace.
  • What is the process for beginning a proposal?
  • As a new user, beginning the proposal process may seem overwhelming at first. Take time to familiarize yourself with the program. If you think you may want to submit a proposal, you should register for an account. Although you do not need an account to browse and view topics during an Announcement, you must be registered in order to ask a question through the SBIR/STTR Interactive Topic Information System (SITIS). Once you are registered and have found a topic in which you are interested, you can begin the proposal process through the ‘My Portal’ section of your account.
  • What are the different types of registration?
    1. Individual account - Individual accounts are associated with a user’s individual email address. Once registered, the user can ask questions through SITIS or modify proposals. Every new user needs to register for an individual account.
    2. Firm account - Every company submitting a proposal will need a firm account. This account establishes the firm in the DOD SBIR/STTR database. A firm is registered only once by the firm’s Point of Contact. An individual will not need to register a firm if the firm has already been created.
  • My company’s already registered in or at Do I need to register my firm here?
  • Yes. The DOD SBIR/STTR portal is a separate system. You will need to register your firm with this site in order to submit a proposal in response to DOD Announcements.
  • How do I register a firm?
  • You will create a firm after registering for an individual account, through the ‘My Portal’ section. You will be asked to enter some basic firm contact information (address, phone number, etc.), the year the company was founded, the number of Phase I and Phase II awards, the year of the first Phase II awards, whether the firm has had an Initial Public Offering (IPO) as the result of SBIR/STTR projects, number of patents related to SBIR/STTR, the size of the firm, last year's total revenue, and the percentage of revenue from SBIR/STTR awards.
  • What is a firm Point of Contact and what purpose does he or she serve?
  • The firm point of contact is basically the administrator of your firm account. He or she will register the firm through ‘My Portal,’ entering in all the basic business information. He/she will also create a firm registration code to distribute to colleagues. This is a one-time code that users will enter into their account in order to join a firm.
  • How do I gain access to a firm that has already been registered?
  • In order to access a proposal from a firm that has already been registered, you will need to execute a process known as “joining a firm.” To join a firm, you will need two things:
    1. One identifying number - either the DUNS number, or CAGE code
    2. The firm’s unique password, which your POC will provide

    5. Enter the code into ‘My Portal’

  • What if I don’t know my firm’s registration code?
  • Contact the person listed as the firm’s Point of Contact for your firm's registration code. If you’re having trouble, please contact the Help Desk.
  • How do I change my firm name or password?
  • Any member of a firm can change or update the firm information and password. In the “My Portal” tab, there is a box labeled “Firm” at the bottom with links to “Edit Firm” and “Change Firm Registration Code” next to the firm information. Click on these links, and follow the instructions on the next screen.
  • What is the SBA Small Business Concern (SBC) Control ID?
  • The SBA SBC ID code is a unique code that identifies a small business within the Federal SBIR/STTR program. Company registration is meant for small businesses to register and gain access to the system. Completed registrations will receive a unique SBC Control ID to be used for submissions at any of the 11 participating agencies in the SBIR or STTR programs. You may register here. The unique SBA SBC ID will now be required in order to submit a proposal.
  • What are NAICS, CAGE and other government codes?
  • Before you do business with the government, you'll need to know the codes – in particular, NAICS, DUNS and CAGE codes. They're essential for your company to have in place before it pursues and wins government contract work. These ID codes are to government contractors what Social Security numbers are to individuals. You should use these numbers and codes when promoting and marketing your products or services. It is not necessary to have these codes at time of proposal submission, however, it is necessary at the time of award.
  • What are NAICS Codes?
  • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) identifies business establishments by category. It's the first economic classification system to be built based on a solitary economic concept. Economic units that use similar or identical processes to produce goods or services are grouped together.
  • What is a DUNS number and is it required for Federal Government Contracts?
  • Dun & Bradstreet's nine-digit DUNS code has become a standard business identifier worldwide. Short for Data Universal Numbering System, DUNS numbers are required for government contractors of many federal government agencies. In fact, you'll need your DUNS number to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and receive a CAGE code as described below. For details, click here.
  • What are CAGE codes and who uses them?
  • The Department of Defense, which spends 75 cents of every federal contracting dollar, has its own contractor classification system. The Commercial and Government Entity, or CAGE code is a five-character ID number that identifies contractors. Although originated by the Department of Defense, CAGE codes are also used by such other agencies as the Department of Transportation and NASA.
  • How do I get a CAGE code?
  • To get a CAGE code, you must first be registered in SAM, which is a requirement for doing business with the federal government. You can register at You'll be assigned your CAGE code as part of the SAM validation process, and as soon as your registration is active, you can view your CAGE code online when you log in to your SAM account. SAM allows contractors to fill out one form online rather than completing a separate paper form at every procurement office. Likewise, CAGE codes streamline the process of communicating and doing business with government agencies, so you can concentrate on winning federal government contracts.
  • What is SITIS?
  • SITIS stands for the SBIR/STTR Interactive Topic Information System. It is the online question and answer system that can be used to provide technical clarification for the topics in the current Announcement.
  • What is the process for asking a question through SITIS?
  • Once the prospective proposer has found a topic that they feel requires clarification, they will need to register for an individual account (no account is needed for viewing topics). After registration is complete, click on the topics page and search for the topic. Click on the topic title to open the topic and press the “Ask a Question” button located on the right-hand side of the screen. The Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will receive that question anonymously. TPOCs are urged to answer these questions within 7 days of receipt. The TPOCs answer is then posted to the website with the corresponding topic to be viewed publicly.

    It is highly recommended that proposers monitor the information in SITIS relative to the topic(s) to which they are submitting proposals. SITIS will maintain all topic data, including previously answered questions, throughout the Announcement period.

  • Can I contact the TPOC directly with questions?
  • SITIS will open to questions during pre-release and close to new questions two weeks prior to the Announcement close date. During pre-release a small business may begin asking technical questions through SITIS and receive responses via direct email and through viewing on SITIS. TPOC contact information is listed at the end of each topic in the individual DOD Component Instructions document on the Announcements page as well as at the end of each individual topic on the topics page.
  • Can I ask a question about a topic at any time?
  • No. SITIS opens to questions during pre-release, about a month before Announcement opens to accepting proposals. During the Open Announcement phase, small businesses are able to submit their proposals and SITIS continues to accept technical questions up until two weeks prior to the Close of the Announcement. However, it is important to note that direct contact with the TPOC is no longer allowed once the Open phase begins. After SITIS has closed, no more questions may be submitted, but answers to previously submitted questions will continue to be posted and viewable until the close date.
  • What kinds of questions should I be asking through SITIS?
  • Questions posed through the SITIS Q&A System are directed to the appropriate Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and must deal with the technical aspects of topics; any other types of questions will not be accepted.

    Examples of technical questions:
    1. Does the percent inhibitor loss refer to that of the strontium chromate corrosion inhibitor or to the complete coating?
    2. What type of temperature/radiation shielding requirements are you looking for? Can they be relaxed compared to typical production parts or do they have to be as fully compliant as production parts?
    3. Can you describe in more detail what you mean by ballistic vs scattered photons?

    Examples of non-technical questions:
    1. The DOD SBIR Submission Instructions are very clear on the point of the technical volume length not exceeding 20 pages. Does this include the Cover Sheet?
    2. What are the regulations regarding the formatting of the proposal such as type font and size, margins, etc. Are there any guidelines or regulations that I should be following?
    3. Who will be evaluating my proposal?

  • Can I skip the Cover Sheet and fill out another section first?
  • Yes. You may move through the proposal sections at your convenience. However, you will not be able to submit a proposal if the Cover Sheet or the other sections are incomplete.
  • What are the green check marks and red x’s in the left hand navigation of a proposal?
  • As you complete the proposal, clicking ‘next’ or ‘save’ or navigating to any section of the proposal will automatically save your progress. A completed section will display a green checkmark, an incomplete section will display a red x. The check marks do not indicate the proposal is conforming to Announcement requirements, only that minimum requirements have been met for a submission. Ensure that you have double checked all sections before submitting.
  • Can I edit a submitted proposal?
  • Yes. Phase I Proposals can be withdrawn and modified after submission and re-submitted prior to the Announcement close.

    Should you desire to modify your proposal after submission due to a response to an amendment, or to correct a mistake, you may do so from the “My Portal” section of your account. Click “withdraw” next to the submitted proposal in order to modify it - this will change the status from “submitted” to “in progress” and will remove your proposal from consideration. Upon completing the modification, you must re-submit your proposal no later than the stated Announcement closing date and time, in order to be considered for evaluation and award. Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals using this database, and any revisions, and modifications, no later than the date and time specified in the Announcement. If your proposal status is marked “in progress” at the time of the close of the Announcement, your proposal will not be submitted.

  • Can I delete a Proposal?
  • Yes. You can delete a non-submitted proposal at any time prior to the Announcement close.

    To delete a submitted proposal, you must first withdraw the proposal from the “My Portal” section of your account; this will change the status from ‘submitted’ to ‘in progress’ and will remove your proposal from consideration. You will then have the option to delete the proposal from the ‘My Portal’ page. Entries that have been deleted will not be available for recovery, so please make sure that you are certain you want to delete the proposal before doing so.

    You will not be able to withdraw or delete a submitted proposal after the Announcement closes.

  • How do I submit my Proposal?
  • When you are finished filling out your Proposal, navigate to Step 5 (the submit tab) and click the green “Submit Proposal” button in order to submit your proposal. (If you need to modify or delete your submitted proposal, please see previous questions.)
  • Can we make up our own proposal title?
  • Yes. You may edit the “Proposal Title” field in the “Basic Information” section of the coversheet. Remember to remain consistent when referring to it in your proposal.
  • How is "percentage of work" measured?
  • The SBIR/STTR Announcement states that the percentage of work is usually measured by both direct and indirect cost; however, proposers should verify how it will be measured with their DOD contracting officer during contract negotiations.
  • How do I submit a classified proposal to the DOD SBIR/STTR program?
  • Classified Proposals are not accepted under the DOD SBIR/STTR program.
  • What is the technical volume?
  • The requirements of a Phase I Technical Volume may be found in more detail in Section 5.4 of the current DOD Program Announcement. Archived instructions from past Announcements can be found and referenced here.
  • How do I upload a Technical Volume?
  • The DOD SBIR/STTR Program is requiring that all technical uploads be in single Portable Document Format (PDF) file without password protection, encryption, or embedded audio/video files. Any other types of files (including, but not limited to, Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets, or audio/video files) will not be accepted. You are responsible for checking for viruses on the Technical Volume file prior to upload. Uploaded files with viruses will be deleted immediately.
  • Am I required to upload a Technical Volume?
  • All DOD Components (Air Force, Army, CBD, DARPA, DHA, DLA, DMEA, DTRA, MDA, Navy, NGA, OSD and USSOCOM) require electronically submitted Technical Volumes. To be considered responsive, you are required to upload a Technical Volume for these Components.
  • Am I required to enter a Cost Volume?
  • All Components require the Cost Volume be prepared on this site using the online form. (Check the current Component-specific Announcement instructions.)
  • What does a Cost Volume consist of?
  • Please refer to section 5.4.d of the current DOD Announcement Instructions.
  • What is the Company Commercialization Report?
  • The Company Commercialization Report (CCR) captures the quantitative commercialization results of the firm's prior Phase II projects. Instructions for completing the Company Commercialization Report, as well as definitions, may be found in the CCR Guidance document.

    Firms are required to prepare and submit a CCR with every SBIR and STTR proposal to the DOD. This report contains positive indicators of commercial potential, a brief listing of all prior Phase II projects and the sales and investment resulting from the technology developed under these projects, and additional explanatory material relating to the firm’s record of commercializing SBIR/STTR projects, such as mitigating factors that could account for low commercialization and recent changes in the firm's organization or personnel designed to increase the firm’s commercialization success. All information on the Company Commercialization Report, along with the commercial strategy described in the technical proposal, are used to evaluate commercial potential, which is one of three proposal evaluation criteria.

    Firms should continue to update their CCR during progress of their Phase II work and after contract completion. This includes any sales, patents, Phase III contracts, and transitions into a DOD Program of Record. Reporting of this data to DOD is critical as it allows for the reporting of the benefits of commercial applications derived from Government funded R/R&D. Future reauthorization of the SBIR/STTR programs relies, in part, on the ability for DOD to report these metrics to Congress.

  • I have never submitted a SBIR/STTR proposal, am I still required to submit a Company Commercialization Report?
  • Yes, all firms, regardless of prior participation in the SBIR/STTR Program, are required to validate that their firm information is accurate in the Company Commercialization Report section of their proposal (see section 5.4 of the current DOD Announcement Instructions).
  • How is the SF-298 Final Report Form used in the final report?
  • A final report is required for each Phase I project. The report must contain in detail the project objectives, work performed, results obtained, and estimates of technical feasibility. A completed SF298, "Report Documentation Page", will be used as the first page of the report. The SF298 Form is used by the Department of Defense to announce and catalog reports and must be included as the first page of your Phase I or Phase II final reports. The SF298 is the first page of the final report which is submitted in accordance with Component Instructions.
  • How do I submit the SF298 Report Form to the agency?
  • In accordance with DOD Directive 3200.12 and DFARS clause 252.235-7011, a copy of the final report shall be submitted (electronically or on disc) to:

    Delivery will normally be within 30 days after completion of the Phase I technical effort. Other requirements regarding submission of reports and/or other deliverables will be defined in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) of each contract. Special instructions for the submission of CLASSIFIED reports will be defined in the delivery schedule of the contract. DO NOT EMAIL Classified or controlled unclassified reports, or reports containing SBIR Data Rights protected under DFARS 252.227-7018. Refer to 11.7c of the Announcement guidelines for more information.

  • Are there any specific instructions to be used in completing the SF298 Final Report Form for the DOD SBIR/STTR Programs?
  • For each unclassified report, the company submitting the report should fill in block 12a (Distribution/Availability Statement) of the SF298, "Report Documentation Page" with one of the following statements: (a) Approved for public release; distribution unlimited, (b) Distribution authorized to U.S. Government Agencies only; contains proprietary information. Note: Data developed under a SBIR contract is subject to SBIR Data Rights which allows for protection under DFARS 252.227-7018. The sponsoring DOD activity, after reviewing the company's entry in block 12a, has final responsibility for assigning a distribution statement. Block 13 For each SBIR or STTR Abstract - Include a brief (maximum 200 words) factual summary of the significant information contained in most the report. The abstract must include as the first sentence, "Report developed under SBIR or STTR contract for topic [insert Announcement topic number]". The abstract will be published by the DOD; it must not contain any proprietary data.
    Block 14 For each SBIR or STTR Subject Terms - Keywords or phrases identifying major subjects in the report. Block 14 must include the term "SBIR or STTR Report".
  • What is Phase II Enhancement?
  • Since 2000, DOD Components have developed their own Phase II Enhancement policy to further encourage the transition of SBIR/STTR research into DOD acquisition programs as well as the private sector. Under this policy, the Component will provide a Phase II company with additional Phase II SBIR or STTR funding matching the investment funds the company obtains from non-SBIR/non-STTR sources such as DOD acquisition programs or the private sector. Phase II Enhancements will extend an existing Phase II contract for up to one year; and match up to $500,000 of non-SBIR/non-STTR funds. If selected for Enhancement, the funds from the outside investor must be transferred to the company before the SBIR/STTR-matching funds will be added to the Phase II contract.
  • Who is eligible for the Phase II Enhancement?
  • To qualify for a Phase II Enhancement, your company must have an active Phase II award with a DOD Component and have investment funding from a non-SBIR/non-STTR source. Sometime during the Phase II effort (and generally not later than 3 months prior to the Phase II contract end date), the company and the investor must submit a Phase II Enhancement application. See the Component's instructions for details on their matching rates, funding limits, deadlines, and types of eligible outside investors.
  • Am I able to apply for a Phase II Enhancement at the same time or instead of a Phase II?
  • No. You must have been awarded a Phase II to be eligible for the Phase II Enhancement program. Phase II Enhancements extend the research & development of the Phase II effort through cost sharing with the outside investor to encourage faster transition of SBIR/STTR technologies into DOD and the private sector.
  • When do I apply for a Phase II Enhancement?
  • Sometime during the Phase II effort (and generally not later than 3 months prior to the Phase II contract end date), the company and the investor must submit a Phase II Enhancement application. See the Component’s instructions for details on their matching rates, funding limits, deadlines, and types of outside investors.
  • What qualifies as an outside investor and investment?
  • All Phase II Enhancement programs will match investments from a non-SBIR government source, and some will also accept private sector sources. See the Component’s instructions for limitations. "What Qualifies as Investment" contains DOD's official guidance on what types of relationships between a small business and an outside investor qualify as investment.
  • What are the matching funds levels for a Phase II Enhancement?
  • The matching rates are between $1 and $4 for every $1 the investor puts in, up to a maximum of $500,000 in DOD SBIR/STTR matching funds. See each Component's instructions for limitations and details on their matching rates. For example, if such a company receives non-SBIR funds from the investor in the amount of $250,000, the Component will match $250,000 of enhancement funds added to the Phase II contract.
  • What documents are required to submit a Completed Phase II Enhancement Application?
  • Four documents are required:
    • Completed online form
    • Outside Investor commitment letter
    • Statement of work for the enhancement effort
    • Cost Volume for the enhancement effort
  • Am I allowed to change the outside investor in a Phase II Enhancement award?
  • Yes, a small business may change its outside investor, if the following three conditions are met:
    • The original investor decides to no longer participate
    • You have located and secured an equivalent substitute
    • You have notified and received approval from your contracts manager regarding the substitution
  • What is a Direct to Phase II (DP2)?
  • The Direct to Phase II (DP2) program is used to attract firms with innovative solutions to participate in the SBIR program when feasibility has been demonstrated through means other than an SBIR or STTR Phase I.
  • Who is Eligible?
  • A firm can select a topic from a Component that allows for a DP2 proposal submission. A fully completed DP2 Cover Sheet along with all required proposal volumes and the addition of a feasibility study included within the technical volume upload must be submitted.

Knowingly and willfully making any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements or representations may be a felony under the Federal Criminal False Statement Act (18 U.S.C. Sec 1001), punishable by a fine of up to $10,000, up to five years in prison, or both.

The Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General Hotline ("Defense Hotline") is an important avenue for reporting fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement within the Department of Defense. The Office of Inspector General operates this hotline to receive and investigate complaints or information from contractor employees, DOD civilians, military service members and public citizens.   • What is PCRS?
  • The Program of Record Commercialization Reporting System are two reporting modules that implement the requirements identified in 15 U.S.C. Section 638 (y)(5), (y)(6) and DOD Instruction 5000.02. One module allows each Program Executive Office (PEO) to establish goals for applying Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer Program (STTR) technologies in Programs of Record (PoRs). Individually, Government program managers can incentivize their prime contractors to meet the goals set by the PEO. The second module applies to DOD Prime Contractors. For contracts with a value at or above $100 million, Government program managers will require prime contractors to report the number and dollar amount of Phase III SBIR or STTR contracts. This module allows the prime contractors for these PoRs to report contracts involving SBIR and STTR technologies and link the contracts to SBIR/STTR topics and programs of record.
  • How is the SBIR/STTR program structured?
  • The SBIR/STTR program is structured in three phases:

    (5) Insertion incentives For any contract with a value of not less than $100,000,000, the Secretary of Defense is authorized to —
    • (A) establish goals for the transition of Phase III technologies in subcontracting plans; and
    • (B) require a prime contractor on such a contract to report the number and dollar amount of contracts entered into by that prime contractor for Phase III SBIR or STTR projects.
    (6) Goal for SBIR and STTR technology insertion The Secretary of Defense shall —
    • (A) set a goal to increase the number of Phase II SBIR contracts and the number of Phase II STTR contracts awarded by the Secretary that lead to technology transition into programs of record or fielded systems;
    • (B) use incentives in effect on December 31, 2011, or create new incentives, to encourage agency program managers and prime contractors to meet the goal under subparagraph (A); and
    • (C) submit to the Administrator for inclusion in the annual report under subsection (b)(7)—
      • (i) the number and percentage of Phase II SBIR and STTR contracts awarded by the Secretary that led to technology transition into programs of record or fielded systems;
      • (ii) information on the status of each project that received funding through the Commercialization Readiness Program and efforts to transition those projects into programs of record or fielded systems; and
      • (iii) a description of each incentive that has been used by the Secretary under subparagraph (B) and the effectiveness of that incentive with respect to meeting the goal under subparagraph (A).

    SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH (SBIR)/SMALL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER (STTR) PROGRAM TECHNOLOGIES: STATUTORY. Program managers will establish goals for applying SBIR and STTR technologies in programs of record and incentivize primes to meet those goals. For contracts with a value at or above $100 million, program managers will establish goals for the transition of Phase III technologies in subcontracting plans and require primes to report the number and dollar amount of Phase III SBIR or STTR contracts.   • What are the different types of registration?
    1. PEO account - PEO accounts are associated with the Government Program Executive Officer. PEOs, or their representatives, must contact the SBIR/STTR Program Helpdesk to request an account. The PEO or their representative must register with an official Government email address. Once registered, the PEO can set their goals for incorporating SBIR and STTR technologies into the PoRs in their portfolio(s).
    2. Prime (Firm) account – Companies that are the prime contractor for a Program of Record will need to create a firm account. This account establishes the firm in the DOD SBIR/STTR database. A firm is registered only once by the firm’s Point of Contact. An individual cannot register a firm if the firm has already been created.
  • PEO responsibilities
  • PEOs are required to set goals for incorporating SBIR/STTR technologies into their PoRs. To accomplish these goals, PoRs program managers can incentivize their prime contractors and shall require prime contractors to report the number and dollar amount of Phase III SBIR/STTR contracts.

    • Enter the years of the program and goal data in dollars or as a percent of the program funding
    • Review data and ‘submit record’
  • Prime Contractor Responsibilities
  • Prime contractors for contracts valued at not less than $100,000,000 are required to report the number and dollar amount of Phase III SBIR or STTR contracts.

    • Enter contract information for the Phase III Award
      • Program of Record name
      • Prime Contract number (This is the government contract number with the Prime supporting the PoRs)
      • SBIR or STTR proposal and topic number
      • Dollar amount of the contract to the SBIR or STTR company
