What is SITIS? The SBIR Interactive Topic Information System or ‘SITIS’ is an online application that provides clarification on solicitation topics. SITIS allows users to ask technical questions that are answered by the Topic’s Technical Point of Contact or ‘TPOC’. These questions are asked and answered anonymously; and they are displayed publicly with the topic. All users can view topics and SITIS, however to ask a question you must have an account and be logged in.

How to Ask a Question? To ask a question, select a topic and click on ‘ask a question’. A pop up screen will prompt you to enter your question into the text box. When asking multiple questions, you can add as many boxes as necessary. You will be sent an email confirmation that your question has been received. You will also be emailed once your question has been answered.
